My experience at BRG Remarketing Corporate Ltd was cracking because off the friendly attitude off the manger and sales people
BRG Remarketing Corporate Ltd staff were good because they made the process quick and stress free. They did everything they promised they would do and were friendly and approachable throughout the process. This is my third purchase via BRG and likely not my last.
I'd recommend BRG Remarketing Corporate Ltd to a friend because Tyrone and Toni were so good to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Nothing was too much trouble.
My experience with BRG Remarketing Corporate Ltd has been disappointing for several reasons. First, there appears to be an issue with the rear springs or another component causing noise, particularly over speed bumps or uneven roads, which was not disclosed to me when I had asked the dealer if there are any known issues with the car. I will confirm the exact problem with my mechanic next Thursday.
Second, the handbrake button, which was broken at the time of purchase, was meant to be replaced by the dealer as part of the agreement. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, including a promised callback last Friday and a voicemail left on Wednesday, I have received no response. The lack of a functioning handbrake is not only unsafe, especially on slopes, but also makes driving uncomfortable.
In summary, the unresolved mechanical issues, broken promises, and poor communication have made this an unsatisfactory experience. Regrettably, I will not be buying from this dealer again.
